Take the Management Quiz...

Let's see how well you can deal with these challenging situations. How would you react to either keep yourself on track, or get back on track?

1. You're busy at school with upcoming exam preparation. You had no time to pack a lunch today and the cafeteria is your only option. Your best bet for staying on track is:

Choice 1 A slice of cheese pizza, a bag of chips, and a soda. You'll get back on track after exams!
Choice 2 A grilled cheese sandwich, fries, and an ice tea. Does the pickle count?!
Choice 3 A grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, a side salad, and your favorite beverage.
Choice 4 A burger, fries, and an ice tea. Is ketchup a vegetable?

2. You're low on cash and have no fresh veggies in the house. What's a good way to manage this setback?

Choice 1 Order a pepperoni and sausage pizza.
Choice 2 Cook a box of mac and cheese, adding frozen peas or broccoli to the boiling noodles.
Choice 3 Heat a can of chicken noodle soup and throw in any variety of frozen veggies you have on hand.
Choice 4 Heat up some ramen noodles, adding a can of veggies during the last 30 seconds of cooking.

3. It's 2 a.m. and you've been out drinking with your friends. The late night munchies have hit. What's your best option for quenching your craving while keeping on track?

Choice 1 Order a veggie supreme pizza.
Choice 2 Head over to the late night Mexican restaraunt for a bean burrito with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Choice 3 Whip up some buttery microwave popcorn and down a big gulp.
Choice 4 Head to the 24 hour greasy spoon for the ultimate hangover cure- pancakes!
