What About Fast Food and Take-Out?
So you are really busy and you don't have time to cook.
What's the best thing to do? Fast Food or Take-out! Usually when you think
of these, greasy fattening foods come to mind. But many fast food and
take-out restaraunts have healthy choices you can make.
Why not try:

Adding extra veggies to a fajita if you're in the mood for Mexican.

Ordering a pizza loaded with veggies such as sliced tomatoes, spinach,
broccoli, onions, mushrooms.

Ordering a side salad instead of french fries with that burger.

Passing by that cheeseburger and ordering a veggie burger. Many fast
food joints are starting to carry this vegetable substitute.
