Goal Setting
Since you have begun to eat more vegetables within
the last few months, aim to stick with it long enough for it to
become a healthy eating habit for you and your family. It should
become second nature- like brushing your teeth in the morning!

By eating 3 cups of vegetables a day, here are
some of the things you are doing for your health:

You have increased protection against heart disease, cancer,
and stroke.

You have enough energy to do all the things you need to do.

You are helping yourself fight off colds and infections.

You are keeping your skin healthy.
