Goal Setting

Since you have begun to eat more vegetables within the last few months, aim to stick with it long enough for it to become a healthy eating habit for you and your family. It should become second nature- like brushing your teeth in the morning!

By eating 3 cups of vegetables a day, here are some of the things you are doing for your health:

      • You have increased protection against heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

      • You have enough energy to do all the things you need to do.

      • You are helping yourself fight off colds and infections.

      • You are keeping your skin healthy.

      • You are keeping the doctor and dentist away!
