Principal Research Interests

  • To evaluate factors that increase beef production in grazing systems;
  • To examine strategies for feedlot management that enhance animal production efficiency and food safety;
  • To modify the composition of Holstein steers for enhanced economic viability of the feedlot and meat processing sectors.
